Systems Analytics Launches TopBioMarkers V1.3
Systems Analytics Inc. (SAI) today announced the establishment of collaboration between SAI and Dr. Dieter Wolf’s laboratory at Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH). Under the collaboration, SAI will have the access to the proteomics data and study methodologies generated by Dr. Wolf’s research group, and SAI will provide proteomics data analysis service and software to his group.
Dr. Dieter Wolf is an Associate Professor in the Department of Genetics and Complex Diseases at HSPH. His lab focuses on the study of posttranscriptional mechanisms of cellular control in the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe and mammalian cancer cells with state-of-art technologies in the fields of mass spectrometry and proteomics. He also serves as the director of the Harvard NIEHS Center for Environmental Health Proteomics Facility (HCPF). The HCPF is an interdepartmental initiative of 16 faculty members from all departments within the Division of Biological Sciences (DBS) at the Harvard School of Public Health.
Dr. Zhang, president of SAI, commented: “ We are very excited about the collaboration with Dr. Wolf’s group at HSPH, a leading proteomics facility. It will greatly accelerate the development and application of our TopBioMarkers software package, and serve the ~omics data analysis field better”.
